摘　　要：左旋甲状腺素是一类甲状腺激素药物,临床主要用于甲状腺素替代治疗以及促甲状腺素抑制治疗。近年来,研究发现人体肠道菌群与甲状腺疾病的发生发展以及甲状腺激素水平的变化密切相关。因此,了解左旋甲状腺素对肠道菌群的影响以及肠道菌群对左旋甲状腺素的代谢、吸收的影响,对于理解甲状腺疾病的治疗以及临床用药的合理应用都具有重要意义。本文对肠道菌群与左旋甲状腺素的相互影响进行探讨,并总结了目前肠道菌群在左旋甲状腺素用药中的临床发现。Levothyroxine is a class of thyroid hormone medication mainly used in the clinical treatment of thyroid hormone replacement therapy and thyrotropin suppression therapy.In recent years,studies have found a close correlation between the human gut microbiota and the occurrence and development of thyroid diseases,as well as changes in thyroid hormone levels.Therefore,understanding the impact of levothyroxine on the gut microbiota,as well as the effects of the gut microbiota on the metabolism and absorption of levothyroxine,is of great significance for the treatment of thyroid diseases and the rational use of clinical medication.This article explores the interaction between the gut microbiota and levothyroxine and summarizes the current clinical findings of the gut microbiota in levothyroxine therapy.
