摘  要:肠道上皮细胞是营养物质吸收的主要场所,肠道屏障功能关系到动物的健康和正常生长。环境、管理、饲料等诸多因素都会引发肠道屏障功能受损,使有价值的营养素不能用于生长。源自于皂树的皂苷类物质具有刺激细胞介导的针对不同病原体的特异性免疫反应的作用,而其中的多酚类物质具有抗氧化和抗炎症反应的特性,被广泛用于降低家禽肠道的炎症反应(由不同病原因素、饲料因素或管理应激因素引起的肠道炎症),从而改善家禽肠道形态特征、营养物质利用率和生长性能;在面临高病原挑战压力时,还可以提高家禽对不同肠道病原体的抵抗力,改善肠道健康。Intestinal epithelial should provide absorption of valuable nutrients,A disrupted intestinal barrier function is known to induce increased intestinal permeability and translocation of toxins,allergens,and pathogens across the epithelium,which can further enhance systemic inflammation or increase susceptibility to diseases,and valuable nutrients are no longer used for growth.Saponins from Quillaja saponaria are known to stimulate specific humoral,while polyphenols have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.It is commonly used to reduce intestinal inflammation due to different pathogens,dietary or management stress factors,thus improving intestinal morphometrics,utilization of nutrients and performance under low challenge situations.But also,to improve intestinal health and birds'resistance to different intestinal pathogens and performance in high-challenge situations.
