摘 要:被动式微量供油是空间用轴系实现微量润滑的主要形式之一,聚酰亚胺多孔材质芯阀在空间微量供油过程中存在出油效率个体差异较大等问题,需进行跑合筛选检测以确保其满足精确供油需求。针对传统跑合筛选技术存在的耗时长、成本高及批量检测效率低等问题,提出一种采用气体代替航天润滑油作为流体介质以实现对芯阀供油率快速检测的等效方法。基于水下气泡法和LabVIEW图像识别技术研制出针对多孔材质芯阀气体渗透率的检测装置,并利用该装置对标称孔隙率为7.5%的芯阀进行了批量试验,通过对比分析芯阀的气体渗透率检测试验数据与传统跑合筛选技术检测的实测供油率数据,建立了芯阀的气体渗透率-供油率关系曲线图谱。结果表明,所研制的快速检测装置对芯阀的气体渗透率检测用时小于5 min,检测误差小于0.5%,供油率预测误差小于6.0%。Passive micro-lubrication is one of the main forms of micro-lubrication for space-use shaft systems.In the process of micro-lubrication in space,there are problems such as wide individual differences in oil output efficiency of polyimide porous core valves,which need to be tested by run-in screening to ensure that they meet the precise oil supply requirements.An equivalent method for rapid detection of oil supply rate of core valves by using gas instead of aerospace lubricant as fluid medium was proposed to address the problems of time-consuming,high cost and low efficiency of batch testing in traditional run-in screening technology.Based on the underwater bubble method and LabVIEW image recognition technology,a gas permeation detection device was developed for the core valve of porous material,and a batch test was conducted on the core valve with a nominal porosity of 7.5%using the device.By comparing and analyzing the gas permeability test data of the core valve with the measured oil supply rate data detected by the conventional run-in screening technique,a gas permeability-oil supply rate relationship graph of the spool valve was established.The results show that the developed rapid testing apparatus takes less than 5 min to detect the gas permeability of the core valve,and the detection error is less than 0.5%,and the prediction error of oil supply rate is less than 6.0%.
