摘 要:夹层复合材料因其优异的综合性能而广泛应用于船舶与海洋结构物。然而,由于拉伸和压缩的弹性模量不相等,传统的夹层复合材料结构承载特性分析方法受到挑战。本文基于修正的Reissner理论,推导拉压不等模量矩形夹芯板的挠曲线微分方程,给出均布载荷和简支条件下矩形板挠度的解析解。此外,基于拉压弹性模量不等材料模型,建立适用于拉压不同模量复杂船体结构的有限元分析模型和计算流程。算例结果表明,本文提出的理论模型和数值方法具有较高的计算精度。相关计算方法可为复杂船用夹芯复合材料结构设计和承载特性分析提供参考。Sandwich composites are widely used in marine structures due to their excellent compre-hensive properties.However,the load-bearing characteristics analysis of marine sandwich composite structures faces challenges due to the different elastic moduli in tension and compression.Based on the modified Reissner theory assumptions,the governing equations for the deflection of rectangular sandwich plates with different tensile and compressive moduli are deduced,and the theoretical approx-imate solutions of simply-supported rectangular sandwich panels under uniform load are presented.Furthermore,based on the proposed material model with unequal elastic moduli in tension and com-pression,a finite element analysis model considering bi-modulus suitable for complex marine struc-tures is established.Numerical example results show that the theoretical model and numerical method proposed in this paper have a high computational accuracy.The relevant calculation methods can serve as a reference for the structural design and numerical simulation of complex sandwich compos-ites with bi-modulus.
