摘  要:在相同条件下采用黑曲霉557、黑曲霉Y3、黄孢原毛平革菌507、黑曲霉XX和构巢曲霉F93共5种菌株孢子悬液进行菌丝球的培养,考察不同种类菌丝球的生长特性以及表观形貌、EPS含量及三维荧光光谱等理化特性。结果表明,不同种类菌丝球的最佳生长时间均为84 h,但相同培养条件下不同种类菌丝球生长量、粒径、菌丝长度及内部结构则存在明显差异,黑曲霉类型菌丝球总体性能为佳。黑曲霉557和XX菌丝球粒径较大(分别约为4和5 mm),表面菌丝较长达2000~3000μm,综合菌丝球生物量、结构和外部菌丝特性、EPS含量以及对活性污泥的负载性能,黑曲霉557和Y3可作为制备菌丝球生物质载体的优选菌种。Under the same conditions,five strains of Aspergillus Niger 557,Aspergillus Niger Y3,P.chrysospora 507,Aspergillus Niger XX and Aspergillus oryzae F93 spore suspensions were used to culture mycelium pellets.And the growth characteristics,apparent morphology,EPS content,three-dimensional fluorescence spectrum and other physicochemical properties of different kinds of mycelium pellets were investigated.The results showed that the optimal growth time for different kinds of mycelium pellets was 84h,while there were significant differences in the growth amount,particle size,length and internal structure of different kinds of mycelium pellets under the same culture conditions.The total size of mycelium pellets of Aspergillus Niger type was better.Although Aspergillus Niger 557 and XX mycelium pellets had larger particle sizes(about 4mm and 5mm,respectively),and their surface mycelia were 2000~3000μm long,Aspergillus Niger 557 and Y3 mycelium pellets showed better performance as biomass carriers of activated sludge system based on the biomass,structure,characteristics of external mycelia,EPS content and sludge loading performance.
