摘  要:为研究喷油参数对双螺杆空压机工作性能的影响,并为优化和提高该类型空压机的整体性能提供参考,建立了喷油双螺杆空压机数学模型,研究喷油量、喷油温度等对空压机性能的影响,并通过模拟结果与实验结果的比较,验证了模型的准确性。结果表明:双螺杆空压机存在一个最优的喷油量,可以使空压机达到最佳的绝热效率和比功率,随着转速由3000 r·min^(-1)升高至4400 r·min^(-1),最优喷油量呈现下降的趋势,随着背压由0.7 MPa提高至1.0 MPa,最优喷油量呈现升高的趋势。另外,喷油温度的升高使得双螺杆空压机的绝热效率下降、比功率上升,从而导致空压机性能恶化,因此在保证排气温度的同时,应尽量选择低的喷油温度。同时,喷油参数对泄漏与耗功的影响显著,随着喷油温度由303.15 K升高至323.15 K,各个泄漏通道泄漏量呈现上升的趋势,摩擦损耗呈现下降的趋势;随着喷油量由0.5 m 3·h^(-1)增加至1.5 m 3·h^(-1),各个泄漏通道泄漏量呈现下降的趋势,摩擦损耗呈现上升的趋势。研究工作可为喷油双螺杆空压机的性能优化提供有益的参考。To study the effect of oil injection parameters on the performance of the twin-screw air compressors and to provide a reference for optimizing and improving the overall performance of such air compressor,a mathematical model of the oil-injected twin-screw air compressor was developed to study the effect of oil injection volume and oil injection temperature on the performance of the air compressor and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparing the simulation results with the experimental results.The results show that,there is an optimal oil injection volume for a twin-screw air compressor to achieve the best adiabatic efficiency and specific power,and such volume decreases as the speed increases(from 3000 r·min^(-1)to 4400 r·min^(-1))and increases with the back pressure(from 0.7 MPa to 1.0 MPa).In addition,the increase of oil injection temperature makes the adiabatic efficiency of the compressor decrease and the specific power increase,which leads to the deterioration of the compressor performance.Thus,the oil injection temperature should be as low as possible while ensuring the exhaust temperature.At the same time,there is a significant effect of injection parameters on leakage and power consumption.In particular,with the increase of the injection temperature(from 303.15K to 323.15K),the leakage of each leakage channel shows a increasing trend,and the friction loss shows a decreasing trend,while with the increase of injection volume(from 0.5 m 3·h^(-1)to 1.5 m 3·h^(-1)),the leakage shows a decreasing trend,and the friction loss shows a rising trend.This research provides a useful reference for optimizing the performance of the oil-injected twin-screw compressors.
