双循环背景下饲料企业外贸人才核心能力的提升策略

摘　　要：在饲料粮价格不断上涨的情况下,饲料生产加工不再具有明显的成本优势,饲料企业的生存和发展压力倍增。为此,饲料企业需要立足国内外双循环的新发展格局,既要在国内完善产业链体系,同时又要深耕国外市场,不断扩大进出口贸易规模,以便更好地实现自身的可持续发展。对饲料企业而言,人才是支撑饲料企业参与双循环的关键要素,尤其是在对外贸易中,只有实施好人才战略,不断加大外贸人才的培养力度,切实提升饲料企业外贸人才的核心能力,只有这样才能尽快打开国外市场,提升饲料产品在国际市场上的占有率、知名度。With the continuous increase in feed grain prices,feed production and processing no longer have obvious cost advantages,and the survival and development pressure of feed enterprises has doubled.For this reason,feed enterprises need to base on the Dual circulation of international and domestic double circulation,improve the industrial chain system at home,and at the same time,deepen the overseas market,constantly expand the scale of import and export trade,so as to better realize their own sustainable development.For feed enterprises,talent is a key element supporting their participation in the dual cycle,especially in foreign trade.Only by implementing a talent strategy,continuously increasing the training of foreign trade talents,and effectively enhancing the core capabilities of foreign trade talents in feed enterprises can they quickly open up overseas markets and enhance the share and popularity of feed products in the international market.
