职业化教育背景下法学专业实践教学改革路径探究

摘  要:社会主义法治国家的建设需要大量能够灵活运用自己所掌握理论知识的应用型法治人才,而传统的法学教育大多忽视了实践教学的重要性,在培养方案的构建上重学术而轻实践,亟需改革。在职业化教育背景下改革法学专业实践教学,塑造法治人才应用能力,应当优化法律实践教学课程设置和法律实践教学资源、完善法律实践教学体系管理与监督机制、构建以明确角色担当为特点的应用型人才培养计划,以此提高高校法学专业实践教学效果,培养更全面更优秀的法治人才。The construction of socialist rule of law in our country needs a large number of applied legal talents who can flexibly apply the theoretical knowledge they have mastered,while the traditional legal education mostly ignores the importance of practical teaching and emphasizes academics over practice in the construction of training programs,which needs urgent reform.In order to reform the practical teaching of law majors in the context of professionalized education and cultivate the application ability of legal talents,we should optimize the legal practice teaching curriculum and legal practice teaching resources,improve the management and supervision mechanism of the legal practice teaching system,and build an application-oriented talent training plan characterized by clear career planning,so as to improve the effectiveness of the practical teaching of law majors in colleges and universities and cultivate more comprehensive and excellent legal talents.
