摘　　要：抗肿瘤治疗引起的骨髓抑制是临床常见的不良反应,其严重影响到后续治疗的开展,中医治疗有其独到的优势所在。阐述了中医对骨髓抑制病名、病机、治则的认识,从中医内治、外治、功法三个维度对其研究进展进行综述。中医内治法中的代表方剂、口服中成药及中药静脉制剂,皆可以有效减轻骨髓抑制的发生率及程度,并有较多临床与机制研究支持;中医外治法可以减少骨髓抑制的发生,能起到与利血生、吉粒芬等药物相似的疗效;中医功法治疗能够减少骨髓抑制的发生,研究更多集中在主观症状的改善上,因此仍需更多临床研究为中医功法治疗提供客观有效的依据。参考文献49篇。Myelosuppression caused by antitumor therapy is a common adverse reaction in clinic.It can severely affect the subsequent treatment for which Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment is effective with special advantages.The understanding of name,disease mechanism,and treatment principle of myelosuppression by TCM were elucidated,and were summarized on the research progress from 3 aspects,the internal treatment,external treatment,traditional martial arts.The representative formulas,oral Chinese patent medicines and intravenous preparations of Chinese medicinal in TCM internal treatment can effectively reduce the incidence and degree of myelosuppression,supported by many clinical and mechanistic studies;external treatment of TCM can reduce the occurrence of myelosuppression,with effect similar to leucoson and human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor injection;TCM martial arts treatment can reduce the occurrence of bone marrow suppression,and researches usually focuses on the improvement of subjective symptoms,and therefore more clinical studies are still needed to provide an objective and effective basis for the treatment of TCM martial arts.There are 49 papers cited in references.
