摘  要:为提高小麦籽粒品质,提出全面的小麦耕作和秸秆还田措施,研究选取2000—2020年耕作与秸秆还田的相关文献,采用Meta分析定量研究耕作与秸秆还田对小麦籽粒品质的影响并分析差异来源。结果表明,与翻耕处理相比,免耕处理提高了小麦籽粒蛋白质、湿面筋、出粉率、总淀粉和沉降值,但差异不显著;与秸秆不还田处理相比,秸秆还田处理的小麦蛋白质和湿面筋含量分别显著提高了2.73%和2.09%。播量与蛋白质含量呈显著正相关,施氮量与沉降值呈显著负相关。进一步对秸秆还田进行差异来源分析,发现东南地区小麦蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量分别显著提高3.07%和2.80%,华北地区小麦总淀粉含量显著提高5.97%;135 kg/hm2播量面粉湿面筋含量和沉降值分别显著提高3.38%和6.68%,150、180 kg/hm2播量面粉的蛋白质含量分别显著提高2.41%和12.27%;扬麦15的蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量和沉降值分别显著提高6.02%、7.44%和16.35%;水稻秸秆还田处理的小麦蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量分别显著提高2.73%和2.65%;240 kg/hm2施氮量下面粉湿面筋含量和沉降值分别显著提高7.70%和9.90%,而270 kg/hm2施氮量下面粉沉降值显著降低20.12%。此外,不同影响因素对小麦籽粒出粉率无显著影响。综上,秸秆还田措施能提高小麦籽粒蛋白质含量或湿面筋含量,其中,东南地区、水稻秸秆还田、种植品种扬麦15处理配合秸秆还田措施能显著提高籽粒蛋白质含量和湿面筋含量。To improve wheat grain quality,propose comprehensive wheat tillage and straw returning measures.In this paper,the relevant literature on tillage and straw returning in 2000~2020 was selected,and the effects of tillage and straw returning measures on wheat grain quality were quantitatively studied by meta-analysis,and the source of difference were analyzed.The results showed that compared with ploughing tillage treatment,no-tillage treatment increased grain protein,wet gluten,flour yield,total starch,and sedimentation value,but the difference between treatments was not significant.Compared with straw non-returning treatment,the grain protein and wet gluten content of straw returning treatment were significantly increased by 2.73%and 2.09%,respectively.Seeding rate was significantly and positively correlated with protein content,while nitrogen application rate was significantly and negatively correlated with sedimentation value.The further analysis of the source of difference showed that compared with the straw non-return treatment,the grain protein and wet gluten content of straw return treatment in southeast China were significantly increased by 3.07%and 2.80%,respectively,and the total starch content of straw returning treatment in North China was significantly increased by 5.97%.The wet gluten and sedimentation values of 135 kg/ha of seeding rate straw treatment were significantly increased by 3.38%and 6.68%,respectively,and the protein content of straw returning at 150 and 180 of kg/ha sowing rates was significantly increased by 2.41%and 12.27%,respectively.The grain protein,wet gluten,and sedimentation values of straw returning with Yangmai 15 were significantly increased by 6.02%,7.44%and 16.35%,respectively.Under rice straw returning treatment,grain protein and wet gluten were significantly increased by 2.73%and 2.65%,respectively.The flour wet gluten and sedimentation values of straw returning treatment along with 240 kg/ha of nitrogen application rate were significantly increased by 7.70%and 9.90%,respect
