摘 要:为促进刚柔复合型无砟道床施工技术进步,结合福州市轨道交通6号线项目成功案例,总结了复合型无砟轨道施工技术方案以及对应的施工质量控制措施,具体包括:刚性桥梁施工过程中应遵循走行轨安装、桥面清理、减震垫铺设、轨道粗调、轨道精调的施工流程;柔性桥梁段无砟道床铺设应重视线形控制及施工流程,保证桥梁荷载均匀对称;此外,施工过程中,应严格控制轨道状态质量、轨排模板质量、混凝土浇筑质量以及安全生产质量,保障无砟轨道项目的顺利实施。In order to promote the progress of construction technology for rigid and flexible composite ballastless track beds,combined with the successful case of Fuzhou Metro Line 6 project,the construction technology scheme and corresponding construction quality control measures for composite ballastless track are summarized.Specifically,the construction process of rigid bridges should follow the construction process of track installation,bridge deck cleaning,shock pad laying,track coarse strip,and track fine adjustment;the laying of ballastless track beds in flexible bridge sections should pay attention to linear control and construction processes to ensure uniform and symmetrical bridge loads;In addition,during the construction process,strict control should be exercised over the quality of track status,track panel formwork,concrete pouring,and safety production to ensure the smooth implementation of the ballastless track project.
