摘  要:乳腺癌是全球女性发病率最高的癌症。术后放射治疗(以下简称“放疗”)可以降低局部复发率和远处转移率,延长患者的生存期。近年来,多导管组织间插植近距离放疗(multicatheter interstitial brachytherapy,MIB)成为乳腺癌近距离放疗最常用的技术,常应用于保乳术后的加速部分乳房照射、保乳术后瘤床补量及同侧乳房复发的加速部分乳腺再照射方面。与外照射放疗及其他近距离放疗技术相比,MIB对于乳腺癌患者具有良好的局部控制率和美容效果、较低的3级以上的不良事件发生率,患者的远期预后良好。虽然其为侵入性、高度专业性技术,但综合来看,MIB因其明确的临床疗效及剂量学优势而有望成为乳腺癌放疗的主要手段。Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide.Postoperative radiotherapy can reduce the rate of local recurrence and distant metastasis,thereby prolonging the survival of patients.In recent years,multicatheter interstitial brachytherapy(MIB)has become the most commonly used brachytherapy technique for breast cancer.It is often applied in accelerated partial breast irradiation after breast preservation,tumor bed boost after breast preservation and accelerated partial breast reirradiation of ipsilateral breast recurrence.Compared with external radiation therapy and other brachytherapy techniques,MIB has a good local control rate and excellent cosmetic effects,as well as a low incidence of grade 3 or higher adverse events.Patients treated with MIB show good long-term prognosis.Although MIB is an invasive and highly specialized technique,it is expected to become a major modality for breast cancer radiotherapy due to its clear clinical efficacy and dosimetric advantages.
