摘　　要：党的二十大报告明确提出新时代新征程中国共产党的使命任务,要全面建成社会主义现代化强国、实现第二个百年奋斗目标,以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴。未来五年是全面建成社会主义现代化强省的关键时期,按照党的二十大作出的战略部署,落实黑龙江省第十三次党代会确定的目标任务,加快建设科技强国、教育强国和人才强国,本文通过分析应用型本科高校对建设社会主义现代化强省的影响找出黑龙江省应用型本科高校支撑现代化强省的路径,鼓励吸引行业企业参与,建设产教融合、校企合作、产学研一体的实习实验实训设施,推动技术技能人才培养和应用技术创新。将黑龙江省建设为现代化强省,进而为全面建设社会主义现代化强国贡献一份力量。According to the strategic deployment made by the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the objectives and tasks determined by the 13 th Party Congress of Heilongjiang Province,the next five years are the key period for building a strong socialist modernization province in an all-round way.By analyzing the influence of application-oriented universities on the construction of a strong socialist modern province,this paper finds out the path of application-oriented universities in Heilongjiang Province for supporting a strong modern province,including encouraging and attracting the participation of industry and enterprises,building practical training facilities for the integration of production and education,school-enterprise cooperation,and integration of production,education and research,and promoting the cultivation of technical and skilled talents and the innovation of applied technology.It is for building Heilongjiang Province into a modern strong province,and then contribute to the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern power.
