摘  要:针对内爆载荷作用下的船舶加筋板,提出了计及带板影响的4种加筋板等效设计方法。用有限元软件LS-DYNA对等效设计的加筋板进行内爆仿真计算,获得效果最好的加筋板结构等效设计方法,并与不考虑带板影响的等效设计方法进行对比,还探讨了加筋腹板高度和加筋数量等因素对加筋板等效设计的影响。结果表明,对于保留加筋,保证加筋(计及带板)截面积相等,且抗弯模量和惯性矩尽可能与原型接近的等效设计方法(即等效设计方法Ⅰ),等效设计的加筋板的内爆变形模式与原型保持一致,内爆动态响应的相对偏差最小。加筋腹板高度越高,加筋对于加筋板抗爆的贡献越大。对于不同的加筋腹板高度,等效设计方法Ⅰ最为有效。加筋的数量越多,等效设计方法Ⅰ的效果越好。在进行加筋板等效设计时,保持加筋与带板横截面积比值的变化量小于0.73,且抗弯模量和惯性矩尽可能与原型接近,等效设计的加筋板的内爆动态响应与原型的相对偏差可保持在10%以内。To research the equivalent design method and index of the dynamic response of ship-stiffened plate structures under internal explosion loads,four equivalent design methods of stiffened plate structures considering the effect of strip plates were proposed by adopting theoretical analysis.Numerical simulations of the equivalent stiffened plate structures subjected to the internal explosion were carried out by using the finite element code LS-DYNA.The best equivalent design method was obtained,and compared with the equivalent design method that does not consider the influence of the plate.Influences of stiffener web height and stiffener quantity on the equivalent design of stiffened plate structures under internal explosion loads were explored.Results show that by using equivalent design method I,in which stiffeners were retained,and the total sectional areas of the stiffeners together with strip plates remained identical,the deformation mode of the equivalent stiffened plate structure is the same as that of the prototype,and deviation from the prototype is the smallest in terms of internal explosion dynamic response.The higher the stiffener web height,the bigger the contribution of stiffeners to the anti-explosion performance of stiffened plate structures.The larger the number of the stiffener,the better the effectiveness of equivalent design method I.By keeping the variation of the ratio of the sectional area of stiffener to the strip plate less than 0.73,the relative deviation of internal explosion dynamic response of the equivalent stiffened plate structure to the prototype can be kept within 10%.
