摘　　要：呕吐毒素(Deoxynivalenol,DON)是最常见的霉菌毒素之一,对奶牛健康与奶业发展均构成严重威胁。本文聚焦呕吐毒素对奶牛的影响、目前饲料中呕吐毒素污染情况以及脱毒方法进行综述,以期为减少动物生产中呕吐毒素危害提供参考。With the development of animal husbandry,the feed industry has also flourished.Vomitoxin(Deoxynivalenol,DON)is one of the most common mycotoxins and poses a serious threat to cow health and dairy development.Therefore,this paper focuses on the effects of vomitoxin on dairy cows and the content of vomitoxin in related feeds,in order to provide reference for reducing vomiting toxin in animal production.
