摘　　要：本文报道常州市第二人民医院收治的1例以慢性假性肠梗阻为首发表现的小细胞肺癌病例,复习相关文献报道,以期提高临床医生对小肠梗阻相关副肿瘤综合征的认识,减少漏诊、误诊。This article reports a case of small cell lung cancer with chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction as the initial manifestation in the Changzhou No.2 People′s Hospital,and reviews relevant literature reports in order to improve clinicians′understanding of paraneoplastic syndrome associated with small bowel obstruction and reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
