摘 要:目的对于MRI、CT诊断NPC患者局部侵犯情况的具体情况实施分析,比较准确性并未为此类患者诊断提供指导。方法将医院收治的40例NPC患者作为研究主体,患者临床资料均完整,入院后均接受CT、MRI检查,依据影像学结果分析两种诊断方法对NPC患者局部侵犯情况实施分析,分析颅底侵犯情况及鼻咽部侵犯情况,同时对比漏诊率、误诊率,研究日期是2019年12月-2021年12月。结果(1)对比颅底侵犯情况显示,MTI诊断准确性为95.0%,显著高于CT诊断的80.0%,P<0.05;(2)对比鼻咽部侵犯情况显示,MTI诊断准确性为97.5%,显著高于CT诊断的85.5%,P<0.05;(3)对比漏诊率、误诊率发现,MRI漏诊率为2.5%,误诊率为2.5%,均低于CT检查的12.5%、7.5%,P>0.05。结论MRI、CT诊断在NPC患者局部侵犯情况诊断中均具有较高的诊断准确性,但是MRI检查的诊断效果更优于CT检查,可明确鼻咽癌对于颅底、鼻咽部的侵犯程度,有效降低了误诊、漏诊风险,能够为临床诊疗疾病提供更加可靠、直观的依据,诊断价值更为理想。Objective To analyze the specific situation of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of local invasion in patients with NPC,and the comparison accuracy does not provide guidance for the diagnosis of such patients.Methods The 40 NPC patients admitted to the hospital were taken as the research subjects.The clinical data of the patients were complete,and they all received CT and MRI examinations after admission.According to the imaging results,the two diagnostic methods were used to analyze the local invasion of NPC patients,and the skull base was analyzed.The invasion and nasopharyngeal invasion were compared,and the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate were compared.The study date was from December 2019 to December 2021.Results(1)The comparison of the invasion of the skull base showed that the diagnostic accuracy of MTI was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the CT diagnosis of 80.0%,P<0.05;(2)The comparison of the invasion of the nasopharynx showed that the diagnostic accuracy of MTI was 97.5%,significantly higher than 85.5%of CT diagnosis,P<0.05;(3)Comparing the missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate,it was found that the missed diagnosis rate of MRI was 2.5%,and the misdiagnosis rate was 2.5%,which were both lower than 12.5%and 7.5%of CT examination.,P>0.05.Conclusion MRI and CT diagnosis have high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of local invasion of NPC patients,but the diagnostic effect of MRI examination is better than that of CT examination,which can clarify the degree of invasion of nasopharyngeal carcinoma to the skull base and nasopharynx It can effectively reduce the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,and can provide a more reliable and intuitive basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases,and the diagnostic value is more ideal.
