摘　　要：目的针对我院耳鼻喉科抗菌药物的使用情况进行统计分析,对临床合理用药提供有益的建议。方法选取我院耳鼻喉科2019年1月至2022年1月期间收治的88例进行耳鼻喉手术的患者作为本次研究的观察对象,回顾性分析患者预防性抗菌药物的使用情况,主要内容包括:抗菌药物的分类、抗菌药物使用时限、以及分析抗菌药物使用合理性情况。结果在抗菌药物使用的分类中,青霉素使用例数最多,占比59.09%,头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠使用例数占比25.00%,头孢曲松和其他类型抗菌药物占比4.55%,头孢呋辛和头孢他啶类占比3.41%;头孢呋辛使用的合理性达到100%,青霉素合理性排第二位为96.15%,头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠合理性排第三位为90.91%,头孢曲松和头孢他啶合理性并列为第四位为75.00%,其他抗菌药物合理性为50.00%。结论通过对合理用药的分析,能够有效的减少不合理用药以及不良反应的发生,同时对减少院内感染具有重要作用。Objective To make a statistical analysis on the use of antibiotics in the Department of otolaryngology in our hospital,and to provide useful suggestions for clinical rational drug use.Methods 88 patients with otorhinolaryngology surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the observation objects of this study.The use of prophylactic antibiotics in patients was analyzed retrospectively.The main contents include:the classification of antibiotics,the use time limit of antibiotics,and the rationality of the use of antibiotics.Results In the classification of the use of antibiotics,penicillin accounted for 59.09%,cefoperazone sodium,sulbactam sodium accounted for 25.00%,ceftriaxone and other types of antibiotics accounted for 4.55%,cefuroxime and ceftazidime accounted for 3.41%;The rationality of cefuroxime was 100%,penicillin was 96.15%,cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium were 90.91%,ceftriaxone and ceftazidime were 75.00%,and other antibiotics were 50.00%.Conclusion Through the analysis of rational drug use,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use and adverse reactions,and play an important role in reducing nosocomial infection.
