摘　　要：目的对三苄糖苷的7个有关物质进行分析和研究,对其中未见报道的杂质进行定向合成。方法通过打浆方法去除终产物三苄糖苷中的杂质,并以3,5,6-三-O-苄基-α基D-呋喃葡萄糖、乙酸酐为原料,制备得到三苄糖甘的有关物质E。结果与结论分析并去除了7个三苄糖苷有关物质,分离并鉴定了有关物质E的结构,对有关物质E进行了定向合成。此研究结果对三苄糖苷产品质量的控制具有重要意义。Tribenoside has been explored as an external preparation for the treatment of hemorrhoids.On the basis of relevant process research,this study removed impurities in the final product through slurrying,and the target compound related substance E was obtained by reaction with 3,5,6-tri-O-benzyl-a-D-furanosyl glucose and acetic anhydride as raw materials,and its structure was identified.The results of this study are of great significance for the quality control of tribenzyl glycoside products.
