刘丽坤教授运用经方治疗食管癌吞咽障碍经验

摘　　要：吞咽障碍是食管癌最典型的临床表现,其中以吞咽不畅、吞咽疼痛最为突出,严重影响了患者的营养摄入,关系到疾病的预后。刘丽坤教授认为,食管癌吞咽障碍的病机以虚为本,以气结痰瘀为标,治疗上应整体与局部相兼顾,其根据患者症状表现及病位的不同运用经方治疗,收效甚佳。本文总结刘丽坤教授运用经方治疗本病的经验,以飨同道。Dysphagia is the most typical clinical manifestation of esophageal cancer,among which poor swallowing and painful swallowing are the most prominent,which seriously hinders the nutritional intake of patients and greatly affects the prognosis of the disease.Professor Liu Likun believes that the pathogenesis of dysphagia induced by esophageal cancer lies in localized qi knots,phlegm,and stagnation and is always based on qi deficiency,so the treatment needs to consider both overall and localized symptoms.Professor Liu Likun used classical formulae to treat patients according to their symptoms and locations of the disease and achieved good results.This article summarizes Professor Liu Likun’s experience in treating this disease by using the classic formulae,so as to provide a reference for other practitioners.
