摘　　要：随着信息化技术的不断发展,本科教育领域也逐渐迎来了混合式教学模式的应用。混合式教学模式是指将传统面对面授课和在线学习相结合,通过信息技术平台实现线上线下教学相互融合的一种教学方式。在生物信息学这门涉及大量数据处理和实验操作的学科中,混合式教学模式的应用具有重要意义。生物信息学作为交叉学科,需要学生既掌握生物学基础知识,又具备数据处理和计算机技术的能力。传统的课堂教学难以满足学生对生物信息学实践操作和数据分析的需求,而纯在线学习则不能提供足够的实践环境和师生互动。因此,混合式教学模式的应用在生物信息学教学中具有独特优势。本文主要就信息化背景下“生物信息学”混合式教学模式应用展开详细论述。With the continuous development of information technology,the application of blended teaching mode has gradually ushered in the field of undergraduate education.Blended teaching mode refers to the combination of traditional face-to-face teaching and online learning,and the integration of online and offline teaching through information technology platform.In the subject of bioinformatics,which involves a lot of data processing and experimental operation,the application of blended teaching mode is of great significance.As an interdisciplinary subject,bioinformatics requires students to master not only the basic knowledge of biology,but also the ability of data processing and computer technology.Traditional classroom teaching is difficult to meet the needs of students for practical operation and data analysis of bioinformatics,and pure online learning can not provide enough practical environment and teacher-student interaction.Therefore,the application of hybrid teaching mode has a unique advantage in bioinformatics teaching.This paper mainly discusses in detail the application of"bioinformatics"mixed teaching mode under the background of information technology.
