摘　　要：肾混合性上皮间质肿瘤是一种罕见的肾肿瘤,本文报道1例。患者影像学检查表现为肾囊实性肿物,凸向肾孟,行腹腔镜左肾输尿管切除术。术后病理证实为肾混合性上皮间质肿瘤。术后随访2年,未见复发、转移。Renal mixed epithelial-interstitial tumor is a rare renal tumor,and one case was reported in this paper.The imaging findings of the patient showed a solid mass of the kidney cyst,protruding toward the renal pelvis.Laparoscopic left renal ureterectomy was performed,and the postoperative pathology was confirmed as a renal mixed epithelial-interstitial tumor.After 2 years of postoperative follow-up,no recurrence or metastasis was seen.
