应对方式在新生代农民工基本心理需求与心理困扰之间的中介作用

摘　　要：目的了解新生代农民工心理困扰(包括抑郁、焦虑和压力)现状,分析应对方式在基本心理需求与心理困扰之间的中介效应,为今后针对该群体的心理干预提供参考依据。方法采用偶遇和滚雪球抽样方法,使用基本心理需求量表、简易应对方式量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表对702名新生代农民工进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 26.0软件分析新生代农民工心理困扰得分及其在人口学变量上的差异以及各变量间相关性;采用AMOS 25.0软件构建结构方程模型。结果基本心理需求负向预测新生代农民工的心理困扰水平,效应值为-0.290(95%CI:-0.388~-0.190),正向预测积极应对效应值为0.455(95%CI:0.354~0.557),负向预测消极应对效应值为-0.135(95%CI:-0.251~-0.013);积极应对负向预测心理困扰,效应值为-0.116(95%CI:-0.210~-0.016),消极应对正向预测心理困扰,效应值为0.388(95%CI:0.292~0.471);积极应对在基本心理需求和心理困扰之间的中介效应为-0.053(95%CI:-0.098~-0.010),中介效应占比为13.42%,消极应对在基本心理需求和心理困扰之间的中介效应为-0.052(95%CI:-0.102~-0.009),中介效应占比为13.17%。结论新生代农民工不良情绪较为严重,应对方式在基本心理需求和心理困扰中存在中介效应。Objective To explore the current situation of psychological distress(depression,anxiety,and stress)among new-generation migrant workers,and to analyze the mediating effect of coping styles between basic psychological needs and psychological distress.Methods By convenience sampling and snowball sampling,a total of 702 new generation migrant workers were surveyed with the Basic Psychological Needs Scale,Simplified Copying Style Questionnaire,and Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale 21.SPSS 26.0 software was used to analyze the psychological distress scores of new-generation migrant workers and their differences in demographic variables and correlations among variables.AMOS 25.0 software was used to construct structural equation models.Results Basic psychological needs negatively predicted psychological distress and negative coping style with effect values of-0.290(95%CI:-0.388--0.190)and-0.135(95%CI:-0.251--0.013)and positively predicted positive coping style with the effect value of 0.455(95%CI:0.354-0.557).Psychological distress was predicted negatively by positive coping style with the effect value of-0.116(95%CI:-0.210--0.016)and was predicted positively by negative coping style with the effect value of 0.388(95%CI:0.292-0.471).The mediating effect of positive coping between basic psychological needs and psychological distress was-0.053(95%CI:-0.098--0.010),with a mediating effect of 13.42%,and the mediating effect of negative coping was-0.052(95%CI:-0.102--0.009),with a mediating effect of 13.17%.Conclusion The new generation of migrant workers had more severe adverse emotions and their coping styles mediated a significant effect between basic psychological needs and psychological distress.
