卓越教育背景下高校图书馆信息素养培育的新定位——基于信息偶遇视角

摘　　要：文章探讨卓越教育背景下信息素养概念的新发展,分析面向学科融合及创新性学习的信息偶遇能力的内涵及其在嵌入卓越教育的高校图书馆信息素养培育中的纽带作用,并提出面向信息偶遇的高校图书馆信息素养培育策略,即提高信息偶遇服务能力的导向意识,适应基于新知识管理模式的集成化组织结构变化,注重跨学科、跨机构“知识+”服务,强化以解决未知问题为导向的协同式信息素养训练。The article explores the new development of the concept of information literacy in the context of excellent education,analyzes the connotation of information encounter ability oriented towards subject integration and innovative learning,and its role as a link in the cultivation of information literacy in university libraries embedded in excellent education.It also proposes strategies for cultivating information literacy in university libraries oriented towards information encounter,which are to enhance the guiding awareness of information encounter service ability,adapt to the changes in the integrated organizational structure based on the new knowledge management model,focus on interdisciplinary and cross institutional "knowledge+" services,and strengthen collaborative information literacy training oriented towards solving unknown problems.
