摘　　要：Angio-CT是将血管造影和CT结合到同一个装置中的成像系统,其免除了在介入术中因需要进行CT检查而在介入手术室和CT室之间搬运患者。同时,Angio-CT在介入过程中可进行快速、连续扫描,提供更为精确的术中引导,且其提供的CT图像较锥形束CT(cone beam-CT)质量更好、采集速度更快、视野更大、不易受运动伪影影响。目前随着介入治疗技术的精细化程度提升,Angio-CT在介入术中的应用越来越受到重视。本文就Angio-CT的功能、优点、在介入治疗中的应用进展、目前存在的不足等情况作一介绍。Angio-CT scanner is an imaging system that combines angiography and CT into one device.The use of Angio-CT scanner can avoid to move the patients back and forth between the interventional operating room and the CT room when CT examination is required during interventional procedures.Meanwhile,during the intervention procedures,Angio-CT scanner can complete rapid and continuous CT scanning,providing more accurate and real-time intraoperative guidance.Compared with cone-beam CT,the images provided by Angio-CT have better quality,faster acquisition speed,larger field of vision and are not easily affected by motion artifacts.At present,with the increasing improvement and refinement of interventional therapy technology,the application of Angio-CT in interventional surgery has been attracted more and more attention.This paper aims to make a comprehensive review about Angio-CT scanner,focusing on its functions,advantages,application progress in interventional therapy,current existing deficiencies,etc.
