摘  要:目的探讨无机三氧化物聚合物(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)联合浓缩生长因子(concentrate growth factors,CGF)用于大鼠磨牙直接盖髓术的效果。方法将16只SD大鼠处死并分离下颌第一磨牙,将磨牙自牙颈部截断,保留牙冠及冠髓,根据盖髓材料的不同将牙冠随机分为:空白对照组、MTA组、CGF组、MTA+CGF组,盖髓后将样本植入裸鼠背部皮下,6周后取出样本进行HE染色、Masson染色及免疫组化染色,并对染色结果进行分析。结果(1)盖髓6周后,MTA+CGF组较MTA组、CGF组诱导形成的牙髓-牙本质复合体结构更为典型;(2)MTA+CGF盖髓与单独应用MTA、CGF盖髓对钙化桥的形成及牙髓组织的影响并无明显差异(P>0.05);(3)牙本质涎磷蛋白(dentin salivary phosphoprotein,DSPP)在MTA+CGF组表达最强,各组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MTA联合CGF用于大鼠磨牙直接盖髓比单独应用MTA、CGF盖髓效果更佳,在活髓保存术中具有较大的潜能及应用价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Mineral Trioxide Aggregate(MTA)combined with Concentrate Growth Factors(CGF)for direct pulp capping in rat molars.Methods Sixteen SD rats were sacrificed and mandibular first molars were separated.The molars were cut off from the cervical part of the teeth,and the crown and pulp were preserved.After the pulp was covered,the samples were implanted subcutaneously into the back of nude mice.After 6 weeks,the samples were removed for HE staining,Masson staining and immunohistochemical staining.Results①After 6 weeks of pulp capping,the pulp-dentin complex structure of MTA+CGF group was more typical than that of MTA group and CGF group.②There was no significant difference in the formation of calcified bridge and the effect on the pulp tissue between MTA+CGF and MTA or CGF alone(P>0.05);Dentin Salivary Phosphoprotein(DSPP)expression was the strongest in MTA+CGF group,and the differences among groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MTA combined with CGF is more effective than either MTA or CGF alone in pulp capping.MTA combined with CGF has great potential and application value in vital pulp therapy.
