摘　　要：文章围绕高职汽车教育与企业需求的对接进行了深入探讨。首先,通过分析两者之间的现状,明确了存在的主要差距,包括教学内容、实习机会以及学生能力与企业期望之间的偏差。基于这些差距,文章提出了一系列对接策略与建议,涉及校企合作、课程改革以及学生职业规划等方面。目标是为了更好地满足汽车行业对于人才的真实需求,从而推动高职教育与企业之间的深度融合。This article delves into the alignment between higher vocational education in automotive engineering and industry demands.Firstly,by analyzing the current situation between the two,it clarifies the major gaps that exist,including disparities in teaching content,internship opportunities,and the mismatch between student capabilities and industry expectations.Based on these disparities,a series of alignment strategies and recommendations are proposed,involving school-enterprise cooperation,curriculum reform,and student career planning,among other aspects.The goal is to better meet the authentic talent demands of the automotive industry,thus promoting a profound integration between higher vocational education and enterprises.
