仙草家园山猪肉缓解内毒素诱导的小鼠急性炎症的作用

摘　　要：探究仙草家园山猪肉对内毒素诱导的小鼠急性炎症的改善作用。腹腔注射内毒素(Lipopolysaccharide,LPS)制备小鼠急性炎症模型,观察小鼠行为表现,测定小鼠血清炎症因子C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)和乳酸脱氢酶(Lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)含量,比较各组小鼠脾脏系数、肺脏系数、肝脏系数和肺湿干重比,进行肺组织病理形态的检查,评价仙草家园山猪肉对小鼠炎症恢复的影响。结果表明,仙草家园山猪肉能改善内毒素诱导的小鼠血清炎症因子CRP和LDH含量升高,降低急性炎症导致的小鼠脾脏系数、肝脏系数和肺湿干重比升高。肺组织病理HE染色结果显示,摄入仙草家园山猪肉的小鼠与模型组相比肺组织炎症浸润现象明显较少,肺泡壁增厚程度较低,肺组织结构恢复较快。以上结果说明仙草家园山猪肉能对小鼠急性炎症恢复起到一定的促进作用。Explore Xiancao Jiayuan pork on the improvement of the acute infiammation in mice induced by Lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Intraperitoneal injection of LPS was employed to prepare acute infiammation model in mice.To observe the behavior,detect the infiammatory cytokines C-reactive protein(CRP)and Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)content of serum,compare the spleen index,lung index,liver index and lung wet-dry ratio,lung tissue pathology morphological examination between groups of mice,and evaluate Xiancao Jiayuan pork effects on mice infiammation recovery.The results showed that Xiancao Jiayuan pork could improve the serum infiammatory cytokines contents of CRP and LDH increase in mice induced by LPS,reduce mice spleen index,liver index and lung wet-dry ratio increased by acute infiammation.Lung tissue pathology HE staining results showed that the mice which intook Xiancao Jiayuan pork compared with model group displayed signifcantly fewer lung tissue infiammation infltration and alveolar wall thickening degree was low,the lung tissue structure recovered faster.The above results showed that Xiancao Jiayuan pork could promote the recovery of acute infiammation in mice.
