摘　　要：针对新疆、甘肃和内蒙3种产地的甘草浸膏进行GC-MS分析和评吸效果评价,通过指纹图谱建立甘草浸膏质量控制方法。采用溶剂提取法得到3种产地甘草浸膏,采用分散液相微萃取前处理方法、气相色谱质谱联用的方法对甘草浸膏中含有的化学成分进行分析,并建立甘草浸膏的质量控制方法。结果表明:建立甘草浸膏指纹图谱,标定共有峰28个,其中12^(#)峰分离度好,其中2^(#)、3^(#)、4^(#)、9^(#)、10^(#)、11^(#)、12^(#)甘草浸膏相似度均在0.9%以上;建立甘草浸膏质量控制方法。共检测出化合物13种,其中甘肃地区的甘草浸膏成分较丰富,且卷烟加香试验也表明加入甘肃所产甘草浸膏于卷烟中效果最佳,与CG-MS分析结果吻合,3种产地甘草浸膏均有改善卷烟香气、减少刺激的功能,最佳产地为甘肃。试验所建立的方法准确、简便、重复性好,可用于甘草浸膏质量控制,同时也为甘草原料产地筛选和产品开发提供参考。To analyze and evaluate the quality of Glycyrrhiza extract from Xinjiang,Gansu and Inner Mongolia by GCMS,a quality control method for Glycyrrhiza extract by fngerprint was established.Three kinds of Glycyrrhiza extract were obtained by solvent extraction method.The chemical constituents in Glycyrrhiza extract were analyzed by dispersed liquid microextraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,and the quality control method of radix Glycyrrhiza extract was established.The results showed that the fngerprint of Glycyrrhiza extract was established and 28 common peaks were calibrated.The 12^(#)peaks were well separated,and the similarity of 2^(#),3^(#),4^(#),9^(#),10^(#),11^(#)and 12^(#)of Glycyrrhiza extract was all above 0.9%.The quality control method of Glycyrrhiza extract was established.A total of 13 compounds were detected,among which the constituents of Glycyrrhiza extract from Gansu region were abundant,and the cigarette incense experiment also showed that Glycyrrhiza extract from Gansu region had the best effect on cigarette,which was consistent with the results of CG-MS analysis.Glycyrrhiza extract from three regions could improve cigarette aroma and reduce irritation,and the best place was Gansu Province.The method established in this experiment was accurate,simple and reproducible,which could be used for quality control of Glycyrrhiza extract,and also provide reference for the selection of raw materials and product development of Glycyrrhiza.
