新农科背景下农科类学生专业思想教育的实践路径探析——以安徽农业大学为例

摘　　要：面向现代化大农业的新农科,培养复合型、应用型、创新型人才是农林高校的重要课题,这也对新时代农科专业人才培养提出了更高的专业要求。当前农科学生部分存在专业价值认知不清、价值取向有偏差、专业思想教育不牢等专业思想教育难题。为扎实筑牢农科类专业学生思想基础,缓解当前农科学生中部分存在的“转专业离农、学业中厌农、毕业后弃农”现象,激发学生学农、爱农、服务三农的内在意识,该文深入剖析了农科类学生专业思想教育问题形成的原因,开辟了专业思想教育的实践路径,提出在学生中实施“感农意、知农情、体农韵、留农家”专业思想教育“四部曲”,为向乡村振兴主战场输送更多高质量农业专业人才提供方法遵循。Cultivating composite,applied and innovative talents is an important task for agricultural and forestry universities for facing new agricultural sciences in modern agriculture,which also puts forward higher professional requirements for the cultivation of agricultural professionals in the new era.At present,unclear understanding of professional values,deviation in value orientation and weak professional ideological education are the main difficulties occurred in some agricultural students for professional ideological education.In order to firmly establish the ideological foundation of agricultural students,alleviate the phenomenon of"transferring from agronomy to other majors,being disgusted with agriculture in their studies and abandoning agriculture after graduation"among some agricultural students,and stimulate students'internal awareness of learning,loving and serving agriculture,this study has deeply analyzed the reasons for the formation of professional ideological education problems among agricultural students,and explored a practical path for professional ideological education,then proposed the"four steps"of professional ideological education among students,namely"sensing agricultural intentions,understanding agricultural conditions,experiencing agricultural charm,and staying in farmhouse",which aims at providing methodological guidance for transporting more high-quality agricultural professionals to the rural revitalization.
