摘  要:β-胡萝卜素是一种重要的动物饲料添加剂,微生物液体发酵合成天然β-胡萝卜素具有极大应用前景。本文通过粘红酵母发酵产β-胡萝卜素的单因素优化和正交优化实验,获得最佳的培养基为柠檬酸浓度为40 g/L,牛肉膏浓度为20 g/L,番茄汁的浓度为6 mg/L,初始pH值为6。5,β-胡萝卜素产量达到788.88ug/L。本实验进一步采用β-环糊精进行包埋β-胡萝卜素,存放10 d后保留率为57.80%,相比于未包埋的β-胡萝卜素的保留率提高了28.61%。本研究为微生物产β-胡萝卜素产量提高及其稳定性的提升提供了依据。β-carotene is an important animal feed additive.The synthesis of natural β-carotene by microbial liquid fermentation has great application prospects.The highest β-carotene yield(788.88 ug/L) of Rhodotorula glutinis was obtained by single factor optimization and orthogonal optimization experiments,and the optimal mediumas as follows:citric acid concentration of 40g/L,beef extract concentration of 20g/L,tomato juice concentration of 6 mg/L,initial pH value at 6.5.In this experiment,β-cyclodextrin was further used to encapsulate β-carotene,and the retention rate was 57.80 % after 10 days of storage,which was 28.57 % higher than that of unencapsulated β-carotene.This study provides a basis for the improvement of microbial β-carotene production and its stability.
