摘 要:为研究姜黄素与百里香酚联合应用对丰岩乌骨鸡产蛋性能与抗氧化能力的影响,选择采食正常、体重相近的健康丰岩乌骨鸡母鸡252只,随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复21只鸡。空白组饲喂基础日粮,低、高剂量组在基础日粮中分别添加100、200 mg/kg姜黄素+百里香酚混合物。试验分为两个阶段,分别为7 d的预试期和28 d的正试期。预试期开始时饲喂正常的种鸡全价料,随后1周逐渐替换为试验日粮。正试期第28天采样,检测血清及组织生化指标、脏器指标、产蛋率、蛋品质以及孵化率等,探讨姜黄素与百里香酚联合应用对丰岩乌骨鸡生产性能、抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:3组平均蛋重无显著差异(P>0.05),试验组料蛋比显著低于空白组,产蛋率均显著高于空白组(P<0.05);14 d时试验组蛋壳强度、蛋黄颜色显著高于空白组(P<0.05),28 d时试验组鸡蛋蛋黄颜色显著高于空白组(P<0.05)。与空白组相比,高剂量组回肠、输卵管壶腹部、卵巢中的丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著下降(P<0.05);试验组回肠、卵巢中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH)含量显著上升(P<0.05),肝脏中GSH含量显著下降(P<0.05),且药物浓度越高,下降越显著;空白组卵巢超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)活性显著高于高剂量组(P<0.05),血清中T-SOD活性显著低于低、高剂量组(P<0.05)。综上,姜黄素与百里香酚联合应用能提高鸡蛋品质,降低鸡只体内MDA含量,提高T-SOD与GSH活性,提高丰岩乌骨鸡产蛋性能与抗氧化能力。In order to study the effects of curcumin combined with thymol on laying performance and antioxi⁃dant capacity of Fengyan black bone hens,a total of 252 healthy Fengyan black bone hens with normal diet and similar weight were randomly divided into three groups,with four replicates for each treatment and 21 chickens for each replicate.The blank group was fed with a basic diet,while the low and high dose groups were supplemented with a mixture of 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg curcumin+thymol in the basic diet,respectively.The trial is divided into two stages,seven days of pre trial period and twenty-eight days of trial period.At the beginning of the pre-test period, the normal breeding chickens were fed with full price feed, and then gradually re⁃placed with the test diet for one week. At the end of the fourth week of the formal trial, samples weretaken to detect serum, tissue biochemical indicators, organ indicators, egg production rate, egg qualityand hatchability, and observe the effects of curcumin and thymol combined application on the productionperformance and antioxidant level of Fengyan black bone chickens. The results showed that the averageegg weight of the three groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), the feed egg ratio of the experimen⁃tal groups were significantly lower than those of the blank group (P<0.05), and the laying rate of the ex⁃perimental groups were significantly higher than those of the blank group (P<0.05);on the 14th day, theeggshell strength, yolk color and Hastelloy units of the low-dose and high-dose groups were significantlyhigher than those of the blank group (P<0.05), and on the 28th day, the yolk color and Hastelloy units ofthe low-dose and high-dose groups were significantly higher than those of the blank group (P<0.05).
