专业认证背景下给排水科学与工程一流专业建设的探索与实践——以长江大学为例

摘　　要：以评促建、以评促改、以评促强是长江大学在专业认证初评中的指导思想,力求促进专业办学水平的提升。以建设一流应用型本科专业为目标,从专业定位、人才培养特色、“专思融合”人才培养体系构建、“工学交替”实践教学改革、产学融合协同育人、师资队伍建设、落实持续改进等方面进行了探索和实践,在提升人才培养质量及提高专业社会声誉等方面取得了一定的成效。长江大学给排水科学与工程专业建设经验可为地方本科院校一流专业的建设与发展提供参考与借鉴。Evaluation for construction,evaluation for improvement,evaluation for strength are the guiding principles of Yangtze University's preliminary evaluation of the professional accreditation,which seeks to promote the improvement of talent training quality.With the goal of building a first-class applied undergraduate program,this paper explores and practices from such the aspects as professional orientation,talent cultivation characteristics,the construction of talent cultivation system integration of specialization and virtuous and political awareness,practical teaching reform of alternation between work and study,collaborative education and integration of industry and university,teaching staff construction,and the implementation of continuous improvement etc,which have achieved certain results in the enhancement of the quality of talent cultivation and improvement of the social reputation of the speciality.The construction experience of Water Supply and Drainage Science and Engineering specialty in Yangtze University can provide reference and reference for the construction and development of first-class programs in local undergraduate colleges and universities.
