摘 要:工程教育专业认证是新时代高校建设的新要求。为了进一步加强应用型人才培养与工程教育的联系,探索符合我国基本国情的无机非金属材料工程专业应用型人才培养模式,以湖北理工学院无机非金属材料工程专业为例,分析了应用型人才培养模式的探索、改革与实践,提出从培养目标、持续改进及评价机制、课程体系和师资队伍优化等方面推进应用型人才培养模式改革,并采用结果反馈机制,实现OBE背景下人才培养模式的闭环改革。该模式可以有效提高学生的工程素养和理论联系实际的能力,促进了实践进课堂、实践与理论交错学习的新思路在应用型高校人才培养中的改革与实践。The professional accreditation of engineering education is a new requirement for the universities construction in the new era.In order to further strengthen the connection between applied talent cultivation and engineering education,and explore the applied talent cultivation mode of speciality Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials Engineering to adapt the basic national conditions,the Inorganic Nonmetallic Materials Engineering speciality of Hubei Polytechnic University was taken as an example to analyze the exploration,reform and practice of the applied talent cultivation mode.This paper proposes promoting the reform of the applied talent cultivation mode in terms of cultivation objectives,continuous improvement and evaluation mechanism,curriculum system and optimization of the teaching staff and suggests adopting the result feedback mechanism to realize the closed-loop reform of the talent cultivation mode in the context of OBE.This model can effectively improve students' engineering literacy and the ability to link theory to practice,and promote the reform and practice of the new idea of practice in the classroom and interleaved learning between practice and theory in the training of talents in applied colleges and universities.
