色选机在玉米霉变粒快速检测中应用的研究

摘　　要：本试验选用不同比例霉变粒含量的玉米样品为原料,考察了在不同色选敏感度数值和色选识别面积条件下,色选机筛选效果。结果表明:在色选敏感度数值130和色选识别面积12 mm^(2)条件下,色选机筛选效果最佳,且运行稳定,能够替代大部分人工挑选工作。This experiment selected corn samples with different proportions of moldy grain content as raw materials to investigate the screening effect of the color selection machine under different color selection sensitivity values and color selection recognition area conditions.The results show that the sensitivity value of color selection is 130 and the recognition area of color selection is 12 mm^(2).Under certain conditions,the color selection machine has the best screening effect and stable operation,which can replace most manual selection work.
