摘　　要：光电子材料是当代信息光电子学领域的重要基础,也是电子信息类本科专业教育中的必修课程。随着现代光电子学和光电科学技术的快速发展,“光电子材料”课程教学要求也在发生重要的变化。通过对光电子芯片的国内外发展现状与“光电子材料”课程自身特点的分析,阐述了“光电子材料”课程在专业教育中的重要性,讨论了“光电子材料”课程教学和学生培养现状。针对新工科背景,从“教材编著、教学方式改进、教学内容拓展、实践课程设置”等方面综合考虑,提出建立“材料—器件—系统应用”的三层次系统性的教学方法,对“光电子材料与光电子学”课程的教学实践和应用进行探索,旨在激发学生的学习兴趣,训练学生的工科思维,培养光电信息领域的创新型、应用型人才。Optoelectronic Materials constitutes a critical foundation in contemporary information optoelectronics and is a mandatory course in undergraduate programs related to electronic information.As modern optoelectronics and photonic science and technology rapidly evolve,significant changes are occurring in the teaching requirements of Optoelectronic materials courses.In this paper,a comprehensive analysis of both the domestic and international development status of optoelectronic chips and the unique characteristics of the Optoelectronic Materials course is provided.Moreover,the importance of the course in specialized education and elaboration on its current pedagogical and training status is discussed.In the context of new engineering paradigms,we propose a holistic approach considering textbook compilation,pedagogical improvements,curriculum expansion,and practical course settings.Specifically,we advocate for establishing a three-tiered systematic teaching methodology that spans materials,devices,and system applications.The aim is to explore the teaching practices and applications of the‘Optoelectronic Materials and Optoelectronics’course,stimulate student interest,cultivate engineering thinking,and foster innovative and applied talents in photonic information.
