摘　　要：以军队院校特色学科建设发展为切入点,对军队院校特色学科建设发展进行探索研究。首先,明确军队院校学科建设的重要性,剖析学科发展面临的困难和机遇。其次,结合调研和案例,分析学科建设的内外部影响因素,对军队院校加强学科建设发展进行总结提炼。最后,从师资队伍建设、人才培养、科研平台、学术交流、学科管理等方面,给出军队院校加强特色学科建设的主要方法和具体举措。针对学科自身基本情况及存在问题进行较全面分析,立足于当前和未来海军发展需求,在学科建设理念、对策与方法等方面展开深入研究。以特色学科发展为突破口,开展学科建设顶层设计,科学制定学科建设发展规划,突出重点建设任务,凝练学科研究方向,构建高水平学科梯队,加强学科支撑平台建设。Taking the construction and development of characteristic disciplines in military academies as the starting point,the construction and development of characteristic disciplines are explored and studied.First of all,the importance of discipline construction in military academies is clarified,and the difficulties and opportunities faced by discipline development are analyzed.Secondly,combined with research and cases,the internal and external influence factors of discipline construction are analyzed,and the development of discipline construction in military academies is summarized and refined.Finally,from the aspects of faculty construction,personnel training,scientific research platform,academic exchange,discipline management and so on,the main methods and specific measures to strengthen the construction of characteristic disciplines are given.According to the basic situation and the existing problems of the discipline itself,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis,based on the current and future development needs of the navy,and conducts in-depth research on the discipline construction concept,countermeasures and methods.Taking the development of characteristic disciplines as the breakthrough point,we should carry out the top-level design of the discipline construction,scientifically formulate the discipline construction and development plans,highlight the key construction tasks,condense the discipline research direction,build a high-level discipline echelon,and strengthen the construction of the discipline support platform.
