摘 要:本文采用离散元和有限元方法(DEM-FEM),基于DEM-FEM对污泥干化水分检测装置进行数值模拟分析,深入研究取料机构的落料冲击与疲劳寿命等特性,得到了不同颗粒粒度下的冲击载荷分布、不同取料角度下的冲击特性、不同激励下的模态振型、幅频响应变化规律,以及不同载荷下的疲劳寿命分布和安全系数分布规律。结果表明,颗粒粒度与取料角度对冲击特性有显著影响,取料机构前进时电机的频率与结构固有频率的避开率达到24%,其结构稳定可靠;在正常轻度载荷下,能承受的应力循环次数为1×10^(8);在100 N重载下,最小安全系数约为0.54,连接杆处易发生疲劳失效与断裂。该研究结果可为污泥干化设备的设计和研发提供一定的参考。In this paper,the shock vibration characteristic and the fatigue life of the sampling mechanism of sludge drying moisture detection device are investigated based on the discrete element method and finite element method(DEMFEM).The impact load distribution under different particle sizes and the impact characteristic under different receiving angles are analyzed.Furthermore,the modal vibration patterns and amplitude-frequency responses under different excitations are studied,and the fatigue life distribution and safety factor distribution under different loads are analyzed.The results show that particle size and receiving angle have significant influence on impact characteristics,and the avoidance between the motor frequency and the structural inherent frequency during the advance of the sampling mechanism reaches 24%.Under normal light loads,the number of stress cycles that can be withstood is 1×10^(8),while the minimum safety factor is approximately 0.54 under a heavy load of 100 N.The fatigue failure and fracture tend to occur at the connecting rods.
