摘　　要：本文基于两届全国新闻传播学院院长研修班的问卷调查数据和专家访谈资料,对161位院长、主任及其所在院校的基本情况进行用户画像,对当前新闻传播教育发展所面临的焦点问题和大变革背景下新闻传播教育的时代走向进行分析。本文试图在互动与对话中呈现新闻传播教育共同体的集体智慧、探寻新闻传播教育改革的发展规律。Based on the questionnaire survey data and interview material from two national workshops for deans of journalism and communication schools, this paper conducts a user profile of 161 deans and directors and their institutions, indicates the current focal issues facing the development of journalism and communication education, and analyzes the current trends of the journalism and communication education reforming. In the interaction and dialogue, we try to present the collective wisdom of the journalism and communication education community and explore some principles of the development of journalism and communication education.
