腹腔镜消化性溃疡穿孔修补术治疗溃疡穿孔的临床效果及其对并发症发生率的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜消化性溃疡穿孔修补术治疗消化性溃疡穿孔的临床效果及其对并发症发生率的影响。方法选择2018年5月-2023年5月在湖北省沙洋监狱管理局总医院收治的60例消化性溃疡穿孔患者作为研究对象,按手术方法将其分成观察组和对照组各30例,对照组采取常规的开腹治疗,观察组则应用腹腔镜消化性溃疡穿孔修补术治疗,比较两组的治疗效果以及出现并发症的概率。结果两组总有效率比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、住院时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术后的并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于传统的开腹手术,腹腔镜下的消化性溃疡穿孔修补术具有更好的疗效,对于促进消化性溃疡穿孔的恢复和减少术后并发症具有重要意义。Objective Laparoscopic repair of peptic ulcer perforation in the treatment of peptic ulcer perforation clinical effect and complication rates impact analysis.Methods In May 2018 to May 2023 in our hospital were 60 cases of patients with perforated peptic ulcer as the research object,according to the surgical method was divided into the observation group and control group,30 cases in control group treated with conventional laparotomy,the observation group were used for the treatment of laparoscopic repair of peptic ulcer perforation,compare the treatment effect of the two groups and the probability of complications.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,and the observation group was superior to the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Observation group operation time,length of hospital stay,the first exhaust time,the first defecation time shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group after the operation,complication rates significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery,laparoscopic peptic ulcer perforation repair has better curative effect,to promote the recovery of peptic ulcer perforation and reduce postoperative complications is of great significance.
