慢性失眠障碍与性生活满意度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性失眠障碍与性生活满意度的相关性。方法选择2021年2月-2022年12月中山市人民医院心理科收治的慢性失眠障碍患者40例为观察组,同期健康体检患者40例为对照组。比较两组性唤起时间、性生活频率及性生活整体满意度评分,比较两组性欲增高、性自信增强、达到性高潮比例,分析PSQI指数水平与性唤起时间、性生活频率及性生活整体满意度评分的相关性。结果观察组性唤起时间长于对照组,性生活频率少于对照组(P<0.05),性生活整体满意度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组性欲增高、性自信增强、达到性高潮比例均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),PSQI指数水平与性唤起时间变化呈正相关性(P<0.05),与性生活频率及性生活整体满意度评分变化呈负相关性(P<0.05)。结论慢性失眠障碍者普遍存在性唤起时间长、性生活频率少、性生活整体满意度评分低、缺乏性欲和性自信、难以达到性高潮等情况。Objective To explore the correlation between chronic insomnia disorder and sexual life satisfaction.Methods 40 patients with chronic insomnia from February 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 40 patients with health examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The sexual arousal time,sexual frequency and overall satisfaction score of sexual life were compared between the two groups,and the proportion of increased sexual desire,enhanced sexual self-confidence and orgasm was compared between the two groups.The correlation between PSQI index level and sexual arousal time,sexual frequency and overall satisfaction score of sexual life was analyzed.Results The time of sexual arousal in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the frequency of sexual life was less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the overall satisfaction score of sexual life was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of sexual desire,sexual self-confidence and orgasm in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of PSQI index was positively correlated with the change of sexual arousal time(P<0.05),and it was related to sexual life frequency and overall satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic insomnia patients generally have long sexual arousal time,low sexual frequency and overall satisfaction score,lack of sexual desire and sexual selfconfidence,and it is difficult to reach orgasm.
