摘 要:目的探讨在新入职护士静脉输液治疗培训中采用闯关式培训的效果。方法选取2020年7月和2021年8月入职的护士各23名,分别作为对照组和实验组,对照组接受常规培训,实验组接受闯关式培训,比较两组护士在理论考试、操作考试和培训满意度方面的差异。结果实验组护士在理论考试和操作考试方面的成绩均显著优于对照组,两组成绩差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组护士对培训的满意度也显著高于对照组,两组满意度差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新入职护士静脉输液治疗培训中采用闯关式培训能够有效提高护士的静脉输液治疗理论知识储备和操作技能,同时也能提高培训的质量和水平,增加护士对培训的满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of entry-mode training in intravenous infusion therapy for new enrolled nurses.Methods Twenty-three nurses who enrolled in July 2020 and twenty-three nurses who enrolled in August 2021 were selected as the control group and the experimental group respectively.The control group received routine training and the experimental group received entry-mode training.The theoretical test scores,the operation test scores and the training satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group had significantly higher theoretical test scores and operation test scores than the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group also had significantly higher training satisfaction than the control group,and the difference in training satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Entry-mode training in intravenous infusion therapy for new enrolled nurses can help them enrich their theoretical knowledge of intravenous infusion therapy and improve their operation skills,and also improve the quality and level of training,and increase the satisfaction of nurses with the training,with high application value.
