摘　　要：目的探究推拿疗法对脑瘫患儿(痉挛型)肌力分级及运动功能的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2023年2月江西省儿童医院收治的104例脑瘫患儿(痉挛型)作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各52例。对照组采取常规康复疗法,观察组在此基础上加用推拿疗法。干预3个月,比较两组肌力分级、运动功能[粗大运动功能评定表-88(GMFM-88)]、日常生活能力[改良Barthel指数(MBI)量表]。结果干预3个月,观察组改良Lovett肌力分级优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月,两组GMFM-88评分、MBI量表评分均升高,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论推拿疗法可提高脑瘫患儿(痉挛型)的肌力,改善其运动功能及日常生活能力。Objective To explore the effect of massage therapy on the muscle strength grade and motor function of children with cerebral palsy(spastic type).Methods 104 children with cerebral palsy(spastic type)admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the observation group was treated with massage therapy on this basis.After 3 months of intervention,muscle strength classification,motor function[GMFM-88]and ability of daily living[modified Barthel Index(MBI)scale]were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the modified Lovett muscle strength classification in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,GMFM-88 score and MBI scale score of both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage therapy can improve the muscle strength,motor function and daily living ability of children with cerebral palsy(spastic type).
