摘　　要：被芯材料的研发和创新对于支撑被芯产品的研发和销售十分关键。文中立足行业与技术发展新态势,结合研发工作实践经验,深入探寻被芯新材料的研发路径与方向,以用于指导行业企业实际被芯产品研发以及产业链上游企业材料的研发工作,同时也为相关领域技术理论研究提供一些基础素材。总体上看,当前家纺企业可以从纤维、絮片、新物料等角度,深入研发高品质、轻量化、独特性的被芯新材料,以满足企业高质量发展和消费者日益增长的对健康、舒适睡眠的需求。The R&D and innovation of quilt core materials are very important to support sales of quilt core products.Based on the new trend of industry and technology development,combined with practical experience in R&D,this paper deeply explores the R&D path and direction of new quilt core materials,which can be used to guide the R&D of actual quilt core products in industry enterprises and materials in upstream enterprises of the industrial chain,and also provide some basic data for technical theory study in related fields.Generally speaking,at present,home textile enterprises can deeply develop high-quality,lightweight and unique new quilt materials in terms of fibers,flocculus and new materials,so as to meet the high-quality development of enterprises and the growing demand of consumers for healthy and comfortable sleep.
