摘　　要：缺血性卒中是导致成年人死亡和残疾的主要原因,其患病率逐年升高。阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)是最常见的睡眠呼吸障碍类型,可增高缺血性卒中发病风险并影响患者转归。目前对OSA和缺血性卒中之间关系的研究日益增多。文章就OSA与缺血性卒中的双向关系、OSA引起缺血性卒中的机制以及缺血性卒中患者OSA的诊断和治疗进行了综述。Ischemic stroke is the main cause of death and disability in adults,and its incidence is increasing year by year.Obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)is the most common type of sleep-disordered breathing,which can increase the risk of ischemic stroke and affect the outcomes of patients.There is an increasing amount of research on the relationship between OSA and ischemic stroke.This article reviews the bidirectional relationship between OSA and ischemic stroke,the mechanism of OSA causing ischemic stroke,and the diagnosis and treatment of OSA in patients with ischemic stroke.
