摘  要:针对棉织物抗紫外线性能较差的问题,采用壳聚糖/聚乙二醇对棉织物进行预处理,再用茶多酚对棉织物进行功能整理。通过单因素试验,分别探讨了壳聚糖、聚乙二醇和茶多酚的质量浓度、整理温度和整理时间对棉织物紫外线防护系数(UPF值)的影响。得出最佳整理工艺条件:壳聚糖质量浓度4 g/L,聚乙二醇质量浓度3 g/L,茶多酚质量浓度4 g/L,整理温度50℃,整理时间6 h;整理后棉织物具有优异的抗紫外线性能,UPF值最高达90.19,水洗25次后,UPF值仍可达40以上,符合织物防紫外线防护品要求;老化处理后棉织物仍具有较好的服用性能,折皱回复角140.4°,断裂强力340 N,白度60.44%。Addressing the issue of poor UV resistance performance of cotton fabrics,chitosan/polyethylene glycol was used as a pre-treatment agent,and then tea polyphenols were used for functional finishing of cotton fabrics.Through single factor experiments,the effects of the mass concentrations of chitosan,polyethylene glycol,tea polyphenols,treatment temperature,and treatment time on the UV protection factor(UPF)coefficient of cotton fabrics were explored.The optimal processing conditions are as follows:chitosan mass concentration 4 g/L,polyethylene glycol mass concentration 3 g/L,tea polyphenol mass concentration 4 g/L,treatment temperature 50℃,and treatment time 6 hours.The cotton fabric has excellent UV resistance,with a maximum UPF value of 90.19,after 25 washes,it can still reach over 40,which can meet the requirements of fabric UV protection products.After aging treatment,the cotton fabric still has good wearability,with a wrinkle recovery angle of 140.4°,a breaking strength of 340 N and a whiteness of 60.44%.
