摘 要:针对登山服生产端存在的设计修改频次高、周期长和服装美观性不足以及当下登山服不能满足消费者多维度需求的问题,从登山服功能、电子原件电路、登山服服装本体3个板块对登山服进行设计,并依托Style 3D软件进行3D可视化模拟,提出基于数字化技术的可充电保暖登山服的设计及实践路径。结果表明:融合数字技术可实现充电保暖登山服的三维设计,虚拟仿真设计出具有可充电、保暖等功能的智能户外登山服,有望解决登山服在前期设计和生产过程中存在的问题。In order to solve the problems of high frequency of design modification,long cycle and insufficient aesthetics of clothing at the production end of hiking suit,and the current hiking suit cannot meet the multi-dimensional needs of consumers,the hiking suit was designed from perspectives of function,electronic circuit and hiking suit body.3D visualization simulation was carried out with the help of Style 3D software,and the design and practice path of recharging warm hiking suit based on digital technology was proposed.The results show that through the application of digital technology on hiking suit,not only intelligent outdoor mountaineering clothing with the functionality of rechargeable and warmth preservation can be designed,but also the problems existing in the pre-design and production process of hiking suit can be quickly and effectively solved.
