摘　　要：高等院校是科技成果转化的主力军,辽宁具有丰富的高校资源。如何提高辽宁高校的科技成果转化能力是文章的研究重点。文章围绕提高辽宁高校科技成果转化能力展开,对比分析了辽宁省高校科技成果转化现状和需要解决的问题,从4个方面阐述了辽宁高校科技成果转化能力提升策略。Higher education institutions are the main force in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and Liaoning has rich university resources.How to improve the ability of Liaoning universities to transform scientific and technological achievements is the research focus of this article.Based on this,the article focuses on improving the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning universities,compares and analyzes the current situation and problems that need to be solved in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning universities,and elaborates on strategies to improve the transformation ability of scientific and technological achievements in Liaoning universities from four aspects.
