摘  要:异形的调压井混凝土衬砌,传统的衬砌方法是用悬臂模板进行浇筑,随着设计技术的不断升级,尾水调压井开挖支护高度越来越高、直径越来越大,经常存在各方向混凝土浇筑的厚度不同、模板受力不均等情况。传统浇筑工艺,需投入大量的人力,长时间占用吊装设备,浇筑进度缓慢、施工过程不安全,定位锥位置要进行灌浆处理等。文章介绍了某尾水调压井二衬混凝土浇筑模板的设计思路、设计方案及刚度、强度的校核,很好地解决了传统浇筑面临的困难,对类似工程二衬混凝土浇筑模板的设计与施工具有较大的参考价值。The traditional lining method is to use cantilever formwork for the concrete lining of special-shaped pressure regulator wells.With the continuous upgrading of design technology,the excavation support height and diameter of tailwater pressure regulator wells are getting higher and higher,and the thickness of concrete pouring in each direction is often different and the formwork is not equal.The traditional casting process needs to invest a lot of manpower,occupy the hoisting equipment for a long time,the pouring progress is slow,the construction process is unsafe,and the positioning cone should be grouting treatment.This paper introduces the design idea,design scheme and stiffness and strength check of secondary lining concrete placement formwork of a tail-water pressure regulating well,which solves the difficulties faced by traditional placement well,and has great reference value for the design and construction of secondary lining concrete placement formwork of similar projects.
