西部高校来华留学教育生态的困境及优化研究

摘　　要：西部高校来华留学教育对于提振西部高等教育国际化水平、助推“一带一路”建设具有重要意义。当前,西部高校来华留学教育发展面临诸多生态问题,其生态分析强调整体关联、动态平衡。从个体生态、群体生态、生态系统等三个层面系统剖析西部高校来华留学教育生态的困境,主要有生源基础薄弱、师资队伍不强,管理服务缺位、教育结构失调,教育资源受限、生态环境失衡等。基于教育生态学中的三组关系范畴即“适应与发展”“竞争与共生”“失调与平衡”,提出西部高校来华留学教育生态的优化应践行“关照留学生需求,加强师资建设”“凸显高校特色,打造留学品牌”“调整教育结构,优化留学生态”的思路。The education of international studentsin western China is of great significance in boosting the internationalization level of higher education in western China and promoting the construction of the “One Belt and One Road”.The current development of study abroad education in western universities faces many ecological problems,and its ecological analysis emphasizes the overall correlation and dynamic balance.This paper systematically analyzes the main dilemmas of the education ecology of studying abroad in western universities from the three levels of individual ecology,group ecology and ecosystem,and finds that it has a weak base of student sources,a weak faculty,a lack of management services,a dysfunctional education structure,limited educational resources,and an imbalanced ecological environment.Based on the three sets of relationships in educational ecology,namely “adaptation and development”,“competition and symbiosis”,and “imbalance and balance”,it is proposed that the optimization of the ecology of education for studying abroad in western universities should be based on the idea of “taking care of the needs of international students and strengthening the construction of teachers,highlighting the characteristics of universities and creating a brand of studying abroad,and adjusting the educational structure and optimizing the ecology of studying abroad”.
